Sean founded Bumblebee following more than four decades in technology and business. His experience spans software development, infrastructure, IT leadership, product innovation and consulting, and his entrepreneurial approach continues to shape Bumblebee’s culture and direction.
Nicholas Volschenk
Chief Technology Officer
Nicholas leads Bumblebee’s technology and engineering direction, bringing extensive experience in software engineering and architecture. His focus spans enterprise architecture, application modernisation,
cloud and AI-enabled engineering, ensuring our technical capability continues to evolve alongside the needs of our clients.
Anthony Peters
Chief Financial Officer
A Chartered Accountant with experience across multiple industries, Anthony leads Bumblebee’s financial strategy and governance. He brings commercial rigour and a strong focus on building the financial and operational foundations required for sustainable growth.
Toni Volschenk
Chief Operating Officer
Toni leads Bumblebee’s operations and organisational development, with a focus on turning strategy into execution. Her role spans operational excellence, people, client experience and the continued development of the systems and culture that enable Bumblebee to grow.

Group Executive Director: Business Development
John brings decades of business, technology and sales experience to Bumblebee. He leads strategic business development and client engagement, with a focus on building long-term enterprise relationships and connecting client challenges with the right Bumblebee capability.
